Photography Policy
During open hours
Photographer and participants pay regular entry fees per day
Photographer’s entry fee can be refunded if rights to two or more photos are given
Season passes
$35 for fall or spring, $60 annual and rights to two or more photos per session
Pass available to the photographer only (not clients)
Rights to photos must include permission from clients to be used in advertising or be quality photos of the farm, consenting staff, or animals
Photos used for advertising purposes will have credit given to photographer
Photographers will have access to all areas available to the public including fields of crops, photo ops, playground area, animals, etc.
The large shed area and the surrounding parked equipment near the farm entry are off limits
Other farm visitors will be present and farm staff will be unable to ask them to leave an area.
Private sessions - by appointment only and will be loosely supervised
$100 per hour and rights to two or more photos per session

$50 reservation fee due at time of booking

Photographer and party must arrive on time or alert farm staff of delay
If the session is missed due to no fault of the farm, attempts will be made to reschedule, but not guaranteed. A refund will not be given.
If the session is canceled due to weather or at the fault of the farm, attempts will be made to reschedule or a refund will be given.
The session will end at the pre-arranged time unless supervising staff determines a late finish is possible.
*** Disruptive, destructive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in dismissal from the farm
