Party Policy

• During business hours regular entry fees apply to guests

  • Can be paid individually or as a lump sum up upon arrival with guest list provided 

  • If a private hayride tour and reserved tables are desired, then a $50 fee will apply

    • Must be scheduled in advance

  • Meals or snacks can be purchased at regular prices and paid individually or as a lump sum when the order is placed.

  • Additional activities can be purchased at regular prices and paid individually or as a lump sum.

• Private parties by appointment

  • $500 for 3 hours for 50 or less guests, $100 per extra hour

  • $600 for 3 hours for 50-100 guests, $100 per extra hour

  • $750 for 3 hours for 100-200 guests, $150 per extra hour

  • $900 for 3 hours for 200-300 guests, $150 per extra hour

  • 50% down payment due at time of booking

    • Refundable until 7 days before scheduled date

  • Outside food and beverages permitted (not including alcoholic beverages) 

  • $75 fee to open the concession stand (with seasonal menu) for the first two hours of the party. 

    • Regular concession prices apply

  • Farm store will be open for the first two hours

  • Additional activities (paintball, pumpkin chunkin’, flower picking, etc.) can be made available with additional fee and by prior arrangement.

  • Guests will have access to all areas available to the public including fields of crops, photo ops, playground area, animals, etc.

  • The large shed area and the surrounding parked equipment near the farm entry are off limits

  • Guests must arrive on time or alert farm staff of delay

    • If the party is canceled due to no fault of the farm, attempts will be made to reschedule, but not guaranteed. A refund will not be given.

    • If the party is canceled due to weather or at the fault of the farm, attempts will be made to reschedule or a refund will be given.

  • The party will end at the pre-arranged time unless supervising staff determines a late finish is possible.

*** Disruptive, destructive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in dismissal from the farm
